Wireless also known as Wireless Communication is the term referred when the communication between systems happens without any physical wires. The communication of data or voice happens in free space using Radio waves. Radio waves are electromagnetic waves with low frequency and high wavelength in the electromagnetic spectrum.

Evolution of Wireless
Radio Waves theory was established by Physicist and Mathematician James Clerk Maxwell in 1865. The existence was proved by Physicist Heinrich Rudolf Hertz in 1880s which has the longest wavelengths and lowest frequency in the electromagnetic spectrum. Physicist Jagadish Chandra Bose demonstrated the transmission of radio waves and conducted multiple experiments using radio waves in 1890s.
Wireless Telegraphy also known as Radiotelegraphy is the process of sending messages using radio waves. The messages to be sent is modulated over Radio Carrier using amplitude, frequency or phase modulation. Guglielmo Giovanni Maria Marconi who was an inventor and businessman who invented Wireless Telegraphy 1894.
Morse Code is a coding method in Electrical Telegraphy where messages were sent in coded method using electrical signals through wires. Samuel Finley Breese Morse and Alfred Vail invented Morse Code in 1830s. They both were the inventors who brough Electrical Telegraphy into existence for communication. Morse Code used dots and dashes to represent alphabets. With the invent of radio waves, Morse Code was extensively used for wireless communications. Morse Code was the primary mode of communication during World War 1 & 2 for land, air and navy military operation’s communication.
During 1990s, the wireless communication went through a revolution with the advent of digital wireless communication along with exponential growth of Internet. Digital Communication uses Digital Signals where the modulated signal carrying the data and voice is sent in sequence of discrete values (binary values 1s and 0s) while in Analog Signals, the modulated signal carrying data and voice is in continuous values. Digital Signaling was achieved using Pulse Code Modulation (PCM) that uses Digital Electronics to produce Digital Signals.
